How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Maisyn only ships within the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopmaisyn.com and include photos of the issue.
What if my Body Melt arrives melted?
Because our products are made with natural butters, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer months. If this happens, simply place the product in a cool area or the refrigerator for a short time to solidify. Melting does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.

What is the difference between a Body Melt and a Body Glaze?
Body Melts are designed to deeply nourish and moisturize the skin, while Body Glazes are designed to enhance the skin with a luminous, light-catching glow.
Can I use both products together?
Absolutely. For the ultimate glow, we recommend applying a Body Melt first for deep hydration, followed by a Body Glaze to add a luminous radiance.
Will the glow transfer onto clothing?
Our formulas are designed to absorb into the skin, but we recommend allowing products to fully absorb before dressing.
