Every order is carefully handcrafted, packed, and prepared with intention before making its way to you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
We proudly offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and the carrier selected at checkout.
While we do our best to get your order out quickly, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after your order has been placed, contact us immediately at hello@shopmaisyn.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update the address.
Maisyn is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we want it to arrive safely.
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@shopmaisyn.com.
We'll gladly work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Every situation is reviewed individually to ensure the best possible outcome.
